In 1950, 13-year-old Janett Christman was murdered while babysitting in Columbia, MO. This short documentary film is my attempt to understand my fascination with Janett’s story and my longstanding obsession with true crime.
Victim premiered at the 8th annual Stronger Than Fiction film festival in May 2024, where it won the Special Jury Award for Editing.
